What we do

Towing first. Roadside too.

Cars, trucks, SUVs and vans. Dead batteries, flats, lockouts, ditches and wrecks. If it won’t move, we’ll move it.

Jump starts

Dead battery in a parking lot or your driveway. We get you running or tow you if it’s more than the battery.

Request a jump →

Flat tire change

We put your spare on, roadside, so you’re not kneeling on the shoulder. No spare? We tow you to a tire shop.

Request tire help →

Lockouts

Keys locked in the car. Fast, careful entry without damage to the door or the paint.

Request a lockout →

Winch-outs & recovery

Ditches, mud, snow, a curb you didn’t see. Winched out and back on the road, or onto the bed.

Recovery →

Accident towing

After a collision we clear the scene, secure the vehicle and deliver it to the body shop or your insurer’s yard.

Straight pricing

You hear the price before the truck leaves.

Most in-city tows during the day run around $100. The final number depends on three things, and we tell you which ones apply when you call.

  • How urgent it is. A rush call that pulls a truck off another job costs more than a scheduled move.
  • How many vehicles. One car on a flatbed is the base rate. Multiple vehicles or a second truck are quoted per job.
  • Time of day. Daytime in the city is the base. Late nights and holidays are quoted on the call.

  • Owner-operated. Local business, local trucks, the owner’s name on the LLC.

Questions

Before you call

How fast can you get here?

Dispatch gives you a real ETA on the call based on where the nearest truck is. In the city during the day it’s usually well under an hour; we tell you the exact estimate before you commit.

How much does a tow cost?

A typical in-city tow during the day is around $100. Urgency, the number of vehicles and the time of day change the price, and you hear the number before the truck is dispatched.

Do you tow AWD, lowered or exotic cars?

Yes. Flatbed transport is the default so nothing drags, and lowered cars are loaded with ramps and boards when needed.

Can you take my car to a specific shop?

Anywhere in the service area: your mechanic, the dealer, a body shop or home. Tell dispatch the destination when you call.

Do you work with insurance or roadside memberships?

Call us first and we’ll walk you through it on the phone. We provide an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement.

What should I do while I wait?

Get off the roadway if you can, hazards on, stay in the vehicle on freeways. Have your keys and ID ready. Dispatch will text you when the driver is close.
